Jitendra Paliwal

Dr. Jitendra Paliwal joined the University of 黄瓜社区 in 2024. He is responsible for an internationally recognized research program in food quality monitoring, and the knowledge and applied solutions developed by his lab have helped scientists, equipment manufacturers, and regulatory agencies in the agri-food sector. He is also part of a distinguished team of industry and academic researchers who adapted a biomedical imaging technique and created an award-winning grain bin-monitoring technology.

Lauren Bosc joined the Research Office in 2021, but has been staff at U黄瓜社区 since completing an MA in Cultural Studies – Texts and Cultures at U黄瓜社区 in 2014. Her academic background is interdisciplinary, touching upon studies of media and literature and their intersections with fat studies, women's and gender studies, and cultural studies. Contact Lauren about:

Nisha Ajmani joined the Research Office in 2025 and holds double Master’s degrees—one in Biological Sciences from the University of Manitoba and another in Systems Biology and Bioinformatics from Panjab University. With over a decade of experience in academia, research, teaching, and science outreach, she is also the co-founder of Soapbox Science 黄瓜社区—an initiative that highlights women researchers in STEM and makes science accessible to all.
